Steven J. Gamboa
Biographical Information:
Steven has been with the firm since 2020. His work primarily focuses on preparation of federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses, as well as support tasks specific to public accounting.
Steven works on International Tax matters and has experience preparing forms related to receipt of foreign income, including Form 2555 and ownership of foreign branches such as Form 8858. He prepares Foreign Bank Account Reports (FBAR) and Form 8938 filings regarding foreign accounts and assets that require reporting.
Steven also has experience dealing with the tax implications and necessary disclosures associated with ownership of virtual assets, such as cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
Prior to joining Lear & Pannepacker, Steven worked as a Tax Intern for a firm in Princeton, NJ providing accounting and tax preparation services for individuals.
Steven is a motivated young individual looking to enhance his level of expertise within the accounting profession particularly in the areas of tax services and business advisory. He will be seeking his CPA license in the State of New Jersey in the foreseeable future.
