Biographical Information:
Jim recently joined the firm in 2023. He divides his time between working with individuals, small business, and large multi-state organizations. As a seasoned CFO, Jim works with a multitude of clients throughout the United States. His work includes advisory, multi-state taxation, budget modeling, forecasting, system designs, and public relations. He is a robust problem solver who not only understands the bottom line but can see the big picture.
Jim has specialized in the Employer Retention Tax Credit for the past two years providing help to over 1,000 small businesses throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The value provided did not end with the ERC but evolved into new and continued client relations.
Jim is also a Certified Acceptance Agent with the Internal Revenue Service providing ITIN and advisory services to immigrants who have recently arrived in the United States.
Prior to joining Lear & Pannepacker, he worked for a decade as a CFO for an international jewelry company and tax practice manager for a CPA firm in Princeton, NJ providing accounting, bookkeeping services, and Employer Retention Tax Credits to a nationwide client base.
