“My internship at Lear & Pannepacker provided me with valuable real-world experience and a better understanding of the professional world. I was immediately welcomed in and I felt like a part of the office family. My internship has given me the opportunity to see so much more about the accounting field than I am able to learn in the classroom.”

Internship 2019
"Over my 2 years of working at L&P, I have enjoyed the supportive and fun work environment that has helped me grow both professionally and personally. The Partnership encourages me to reach my full-potential, which has pushed me to conquer my Master’s Degree and CPA Certification as soon as possible. L&P has convinced me that the accountant stereotype can be broken, as our team has been a pleasure to be with both inside and outside the office."
Salvatore M. Bivona, MAcc
"This firm provides their staff the ability to work and interact with different clients working in various fields/industries on a daily basis. There are new challenges every day and that keeps the work exciting and keeps you motivated."
Pavan Rajput, MBA
"As an intern at Lear & Pannepacker, LLP, my obligations mainly consisted of preparing individual tax returns, getting acquainted with the tax program, gathering working papers, and even engaging with some clients. My involvement with Lear & Pannepacker has helped me improve many skills, including time management, organization, communication, awareness, etc. The culture here has been nothing but supportive and helpful to my growing knowledge of the accounting field and for that I could not be more grateful."
